Rurring noise (mooing!!) when put foot on pedal

Hi I am having this strange noise when running down the motorway, bit like a mooing noise,
Just had cammbelt done was wondering if this is it or a airflow
problem, it only sounds when pressing on pedal, any suggestions would be great,

also thanks for report on last problem it was a broken front coil spring
