It's been a while but at last Audi have come up with a new car I actually like - the TT RS.
I'm not a TT fan as such, but when Audi start producing a turbocharged 5-pot my loins stir a little. Not sure of the on-sale date as Audi have previously comitted to only having one RS car on sale at any time. When the RS6 is done in the next 6-9 months, I understand the RS5 is next for about 9 months meaning the TT RS will not be around for another 15-18 months yet. Prices are estimated to be £40K for this 2.5 20v 5-pot turbo war-horse with 350bhp, so I'd better get saving up.
Shame we can't have the TT S with a N/A version of this engine in the low £30's rather than a turbo 4-pot.
This footage shows that it appears to be almost production-ready. You'll need sound, otherwise it just looks like a marketing executive with a tuned-to-death TT on the move:

Hubba Hubba.
