Maybe some of you have seen it before, the story goes like this;

Imagine you live in portugal and your moving house. You find a lovely farm house set in a decent plot of land. The place has been empty for 15 years!

Whilst exploring your new property you find a large barn in the trees. The door is padlocked shut and its all rusted solid. So you grind the padlock open.........

There are a few places like that we had an old warehouse at the end of our road but when delevopers purchased the building they had to empty it.

There were bmw's of all ages and other special cars it was pleasure to watch it beening emptied.

Apparently so Sarge. I was sent this on Powerpoint a while back and a fuller explaination reads along the lines of a family dying and leaving no will, retired guy from US buys run down farm in Spain? with welded shut and very ugly commercial building that no one bothered to open after owners demise. When they broke the welds - a treasure trove of automotive history. Some of the collection was in pretty poor state after years of storage, but the sheer volume and rarity resulted in a value around 12 million quid if memory serves. All in the retired dudes favour! Not too shabby a stipend methinks - if its all true!! :eek::D

PS If you want the Ppoint PM me.
