Honda Jazz

A while since I have posted but I have just achieved 55 mpg on my petrol A2 or 364 miles on the tankfull (30 litres). I have also just purchased a new Honda Jazz SE to replace our S40 2.0T. Due delivery end of next week. Has anyone else run a Jazz. Its very well equiped at the price.

Is your Jazz the revised version?. Just checking as Honda acknowledged the poor ride and updated the suspension.

They always look bigger than I expect!.

No it is not, however honda have agreed to replace the suspension with the modified components free of charge if we want them as this was one of my concerns. I will wait to see haw the ride is but may get them replaced.

I am looking forward to picking it up next week and will tell you how we get on with it.

Hi: shmbo wants to replace her VW Vento, and we tried a Jazz recently. Very good overall, and ride seemed acceptable, over undulating minor roads near Preston, plus short Mway trip. Therefore very prominent on shortlist! Hope all goes well when you take delivery.

A friend of mine also bought a Jazz after my recomendation... not a single thing has gone wrong and she still loves it... she has not even moaned about the hard ride either!

Thanks for the replies, I am picking it up on Saturday so will update then.
One of the big deciding factors for us was the spec,
for £10314 we have,
Met Paint
Air Con
4 x Elec windows
Elec sun roof
6 disc cd player (£519 extra)
remote central locking.

All packaged in a nice driving, ecconomical, spacious car that is a bit different. I would have bought an A2 but could just not afford it. My A2 is owned by the company.
