Size of speaker in doors??

Hi

Does anyone know, which size the speakers are? 6,5 inch?


And how do I remove the doorside so that I can replace the speakers in the front at add some speakers to the back?

hi,

at the front they're 165mm
at the back 130mm

at the front you need an adapter
incarexpress.co.uk have them, but they're expensive

what speakers were you going to put in?

i don't know yet about removing the door. probably a couple of screws and then pull. for those english native speakers with dirty minds, yes that's the wrong way round...:D

Fahrertür:
- Blende vom Hochtöner abhebeln
- Schraube in der Einbauöffnung des Hochtöners rausdrehen
- 2 Schrauben unter der Armlehne rausdrehen
- Türverkleidung ausclipsen (7 Clipse), am besten einen Teflonkeil und ein Aushebewerkzeug verwenden
- Türverkleidung nach oben aus dem Fensterschacht aushängen
- Bowdenzug für den Türinnenöffner aushängen

translation
take the cover off the tweeter (small loudspeaker)
remove the screw in the space for the tweeter
undo the 2 screws under the armrest
unclip the covering, best to use a teflon wedge
pull the covering away upwards and then outwards from the top
disconnect the pull-string for the door opener.

Hi

I'm supprised that the front and rearspeaker is in different size???

How do I remove the tweeter cover without scratcing the black paint on the cover? I can't remove it with my fingers. Witch tool do I need.
