Sat Nav !

Does anyone have experience of using either of the standard fit Satellite Navigation system offered by Audi ?

We are about to order our new A2 and I'm tempted to add Sat Nav as we will be keeping the car for some time.

I've seen the Sat Nav Plus in an S4 and was quite impressed. I've never seen the standard system (using pictograms in the dash board). Is it hard to operate ? I've also been told that the Sat Nav Plus also give you a colour DIS screen in the dashboard, whereas the standard system is just plain Red DIS/SatNav Symbols.

I think I'd get a Garmin Street Pilot 3...probably as good as the built in sat nav AND you can can move it from car to car, AND keep it for your next car.Costs about £1200. I use a Garmin GPS for navigation and logging in my glider so I can recommend the brand..that's what I'd plump for.
