Retrofit DIS

Hi!

Do you know if its possible do retrofit a DIS system into the standart unit?
Probably we need to buy a complete instrument panel, no?

Someone on a german A2 Forum did retrofit it, but you need a new Instrument panel, and new wires need to be connected to the rear of the car, and all the door fittings on the driver side need to come off....
It seems to be a lot of work and money...
