Gearbox DSK repair (1.2 TDI)

Owner of a 1.2 TDI with 128000 km. Having a noise in the first and the second gear. The noise is like whinging. It is now and then.
Did not find a treat on gearbox repair. Maybe there is one. Maybe it is not the gearbox but something else.

Planning to open the gearbox myself next week. Doing the reconditioning the gearbox myself. Have the instructions manual already, some special tools need to be made, let see how we get around that one. Would like to know if someone else has done this. Knows what is wrong so I do not need to change everything. So I can do a proper planning.:eek:

Sorry I don't think our forum will be much help as we only have 3 or 4 club members who run 1.2tdi's and I'm pretty sure none have done any work on their gearboxes.
Have you tried the German A2oc as they are very helpful and even if you write in English you should get a reply.
