Rest Pedal

For those who have yet to install a rest pedal to match their TT-style pedals, I stumbled on one that was originally for left-hand drive Golfs. Seems to match pretty well and have installed it on my car with the use of heavy-duty double-sided tape. The rest pedal is slightly larger in width by approx. 10mm so for those with large feet, tread carefully

I actually paid the equivalent of 10 Pounds for it via a Mainland China VW source, hence, a genuine part, so quite a fair deal!

Its the footrest I had made up by these guys, and its my pedals / footrest in the picture.

It basically screws onto your existing plastic one. Mounting parts included.

Sorry to revive such an old thread but Im after some help in updating the drivers footwell.

Has anyone tried fitting this footrest to match in with the TT Pedals as per below quote:

This could be as simple as removing the alloy cover from the plastic cowling and sticking it on top of the original footrest, but thought I'd ask if anyone has done similar before I start altering things.
