Hi All,
I have a TDI 90, off an old forum member on here.
Today whilst waiting at traffics lights switch off the air con on the car and it stalled.
It would not start straight away, it did after 5 or 6 goes.
I now have a flashing glow plug light and a yellow engine light, the DIS says ok, and it now starts first time, any clues guys????

Thanks guess it should be a good deal cheaper from a indie? Anyone know a good one in Surrey,
TC garage is my closest but not used them before

To close the thread off it was the speed sensor, replace by my local indie, they also fixed my strange squeaking noise, which was one of the pulleys that had seized

Thanks for the follow-up, very useful to know how these issues actually got solved!
