1,000 likes

People who know me will know that I am not into " blowing my own trumpet" so please don't think this is anything other than just an interesting milestone.

I have just notched up 1,000 "likes".

Thank you to everyone that took the time and were thoughtful enough to click on the "like" icon for some of my posts.

I never post just to get "likes", it is just nice to be able to help, or even sometimes amuse people.

Congratulations!

I remember my 1000th post and was similarly buoyed. I then proceeded to give myself RSI by racking up a further 2500 post within a comparatively short period of time. The last few hundred have edged me towards the 4000 mark, but the rate has dropped off considerably over the last months. In terms of likes, I'm a long way behind you, Steve. Probably something to do with your sense of humour!
