Hi All,
A small lament regarding a very small important item on the A2, Being the service flap.
I couldn't open mine for the last two weeks and this evening all because the two tiny torx screws that hold the cable and plunger in place had come loose.
It had managed to travel and untorque itself so when the bonnet/service flap cable was pulled it wouldn't fully travel so the flap would open.
Do yourself a Big favour and just eyeball the plunger and nip those torque screws up so they remain to do what they should.
It could explain the few service covers with crack in the top I have seen lately for sale.
( Nothing like the woman tugging away and the flap not moving at all
)
