Yes, interesting. I note it was a USA article and they never got the A2. The A2 1.2 3L also had thin, low resistance eco tyres, originally Bridgestone Ecopias or Continental Winter Tyres (according to the A2 wiki article). The BMW 3i tyres are 155/70R19 and the A2 1.2 3L are 145/80R14, a much smaller tyre/wheel
