I just tried this one, it's much easier to use it than PlanetVAG decoder, I think, since you don't need to type one code at the time.
Just write them in word separated by semicolon and paste into decoder.
The results are identical as on PlanetVAG's, as I could see.

Mine came out of the factory with these options:

E0A = No special edition
0GG = Emission standard EU4
4UE = Air bag for driver and front seat passenger
6XD = Exterior mirrors: electrically adjustable/heated
5SL = Left exterior mirror: aspherical
5RU = Right exterior mirror: convex (large viewing field)
1KD = Disc brakes, rear
J0R = Battery 380 A (80 Ah)
1LY = Disc brakes, front
3FF = Roof inserts, twin sliding glass sunroofoperated electrically
G22 = Front shock absorption
7X1 = Park distance control
4R5 = Power windows with comfort operation andcircuit breaker, mechanical window regulators rear
F0A = No special purpose vehicle, standard equipment
8GG = Alternator 110 A
0G4 = Cable gearshift
0YJ = Weight range 9 installation control only, no requirement forecast
L50 = Suspension range 50 installation control only, no requirement forecast

3NC = Rear seat bench/backrest, split folding
8BB = Halogen headlight for driving on the right
U0B = Instrument insert with clock km/h speedometer
X0A = National sales program Germany
1N2 = Power steering electro-hydraulic
2PU = Leather trimmed multi-function sports steering wheel
9Q2 = Multi-function display/on-board computerwith check control
8Z5 = Not hot country
ML0 = 4-cyl. gasoline engine 1.6 L/81 kW 16V fuel-stratified injection base engine is T94
7Q0 = Without navigation device
C3N = Alloy wheels 6.5J x 16
4X1 = Side air bag front
6R2 = Leather gearshift boot
3L3 = Manual height adjustment for front seats
4K4 = Radio remote controlled central locking
5D1 = Carrier frequency 433.92 MHz-434.42 Mhz
1SA = Without additional front underbody guard
VV0 = Standard front axle
Q1D = Sports front seats
4GH = Windshield in heat-insulating glass with sunshield

Which tells me that the phone option has been retrofitted.

My car's build sticker has been helpfully peeled-off the Bose sub - is there another way of finding its details (other than via a dealer)?
 
The same sticker should be on the first page in the original service book, if you still have it.

There will also be a sticker on the inside of the first page of your service booklet (if you have it?)

failing that, you dealer should be able to help.
