Torque settings for camshaft 1.4tdi

Hi I'm just replacing the valves on my 1.4tdi 2001. I am struggling to find the torque settings for the camshaft bearings and the rocker shaft that works the injectors.
I have searched through the various threads but to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi thanks for that you don't happen to have a pdf for camshaft installation as well
I'm hoping to get it back together and running this weekend

Hopefully I will have the head rebuilt tomorrow night ready for fitting on Saturday. If all goes well I will have a nice cheap A2 to run around in
 
Thanks for all the info. All rebuilt now engine running okish have a slight tappety noise I guess I should have changed the cam follower buckets. Also seems to lack a bit of power. Just nipping around low speed roads feels fine but went onto the dual carriageway last night and car starts to slow down on uphill sections won't hold 70 mph even on slight inclines. It is like there is no boost or lack of fuel. I am wondering if I have put one of the vacuum pipes on the wrong place. Would this cause the problem or is it something more. So want to get this right it's a lovely car to drive. Cheers
