Lancaster area

Hi
I am a new member who has recently moved to Lancaster, Lancashire. My A2 is due its service. Can anyone recommend someone in the Lancaster area who specialises in A2's.

I would agree also with Rob ( chumsofmanutd ), timmus

Tom (timmus) as done some work for me on a CCCU (electronic control module) and indeed he is a top bloke, really knows his A2's and comes highly recommended. Whilst he was fitting the CCCU and we were chatting I got the distinct impression that Tom would do any specialist electric type work on the A2, but anything mechanical e.g. engine / transmission / suspension type work, which would also include general servicing, was not his cup of tea. I may be wrong on this, and I know from recent posts that Tom is also very busy at the moment with his day job, and therefore doesn't appear to be posting very often, so I didn't want Morag to be waiting for Tom and then have to find someone else.
Again apologies Tom if I have got the wrong end of the stick

I am relatively local to Morag, but I service both my Petrol and Diesel A2's myself and therefore cannot recommend anyone from personal experience.

If you need your A2 Serviced, Oil Filters, general check over any you don't mind a short drive to St Annes (end of the M55) then I'm willing to give it the same tender loving care thatI give to both my own A2's, and other cars for that matter.

Nosing on your profile it says your car has headlight washers. Very rare optional extra that! We all know what A2s look like but a photo or two of your car always appreciated. Hope you get your service sorted out . Welcome once again .
