    That's really cool.

I've been thinking of doing something similar using a Raspberry Pi micro processor and a PiCAN2 CAN-Bus Board http://skpang.co.uk/catalog/pican2-c...-2-p-1475.html and then driving a display unit http://skpang.co.uk/catalog/pitft-mi...pi-p-1273.html

Looking forward to seeing how you did it. As I said, really cool

Fuel Consumption for 1.4 TDi 75 SE: <sorry deleted - will try to reinstate>
    Mostly A(T), A or B roads.
Was 62.5 mpg with Pilot Primacy Michelins 185/50/16 18V
Then 58 mpg with Pirrelli P6000 Powergy but they are much quieter.
Next 62 mpg after 5th gear change to 0.65 (Skipton) & remap of +20 bhp (Stealth) on a 4,000 mile European trip.
Now Toyo Proxes T1R - also quiet.
Changed matt black slatted grill for the glossy black smooth grill.

The product appears to be called MultiMFA but I cannot locate a great deal of information on it other than some group buys.

    Great work!

When I saw Hans from A2-freun.de this summer he showed me something similar, but only the top half.

Forgive my ignorance, but if I have half DIS, can I only put this information above it, or does this upgrade replace what is there completely?

Not ignorance at all, I asked the same question but got the answer "it only works on a car with full DIS (FIS). But I am sure that some people might soon offer a full conversion but upgrading your car to DIS so that this can work.

So not impossible, but it needs someone who can convert your car to DIS at the same time I imagine.

    Ah, ok.

I might ask Hans where I can find the info for his upgrade, since the lower half of the display was original Audi half DIS (or whatever it's called!) and the top half was this super cool customiseable info display. He said he thinks he's the first to have it installed on the German forum by the seller, and cost was approx 250euros.

I would be seriously interested in this mod if it could be offered as a service in the UK. It would solve the well known DIS "screen fade in hot weather" issue that's for sure!
02 Silver 1.4 SE work in progress....retro fitted DIS, MFSW, cruise control, Winter pack heated washers and mirrors, rear bench, bespoke cabin and boot mats, rear cupholder, LHD lower a-pillar trim on drivers side, collapsible spare wheel, genuine Audi mud flaps, front stowage console. CD changer conversion imminent...
