Project Misano TDi 90 (CS)

I thought I would start off a new project thread on my Misano CS - please see my other thread on the Papaya CS thread project here

Onto the car. Not many options from the factory, the only things I can see is the rear parking sensors. According to the details published on the forum -http://www.alancooper.me.uk/A2/A2_stats.htm - I believe it is one of 43 Red TDi 90's made but that is only half the story. Given there were 0 x Papaya CS TDI 90's and 1 x Imola CS TDI 90 there is likely not many of these around if any! This car could also be 1 of 1 - happy to be corrected if we know of another.

So my reason for buying the car was it's rarity, I couldn't pass up a TDi 90 CS.

Here goes mate, in great condition, including all stitching, just some very feint marks on top face in pic 2 I think but maybe just from storage, if you are interested I'd like £25 + postage.
Cheers Jeff

recently done the dash swap to 2Din
watch out for the airbag brackets on the passenger side, mine got itself on the wrong side of the bracket that remains on the car, made fitting the new dash very difficult, we didn't realise the bracket problem until eventually we got the dash in position, then had to remove the bracket and re position it

Next stop will be the paint shop so hopefully be back to good form soon, getting the retro-fits in place first. May have to get it stealthed and a 6 speed too if money (wife) permits. ;)

Yup, had the same issue, thankfully spotted it just as the dash went in this morning and pulled it to the other side. Got the dash fitting technique down, just the other one to do tomorrow now. Can you guess who is helping me (like I was doing this - ha!)

That is the most amazing garage space I've ever seen! It's HUGE! Unless you store your dolls house furniture and toy car seats in a tiny shed perhaps?
