Yep good looking, odd that the temp warning is on the DIS but the guage shows cold?

I Suspect that its just low coolant - FSI pipework perhaps? Could be reason why its in the auctions

    Temporary Tdi spotted thread.

That FSI was a bit of a mess when i viewed it. just about every panel had a dent, ding or paint missing. Interior i would say has done more than ~50k miles, Headlining sagging, soft touch peeling everywhere. Basically a very long list of things to put right without even looking at the engine. Believe it sold for 1600-1700 before fees so probably closer to 2k. Ive got some pics somewhere.

Pics added. Showing wrecked Rear cup holder and drivers seat wear.

This chap is a bit of an enthusiast judging by the long write up and advertising it on a Classic website. Even says this car will sale for Euro 8k in Germany and it's an bullet-proof investment suitable for a collector!

    Advertised 29 Oct. Manchester

PS I don't normally peruse used cars so apologies if it's already been highlighted.

Fuel Consumption for 1.4 TDi 75 SE: <sorry deleted - will try to reinstate>
    Mostly A(T), A or B roads.
Was 62.5 mpg with Pilot Primacy Michelins 185/50/16 18V
Then 58 mpg with Pirrelli P6000 Powergy but they are much quieter.
Next 62 mpg after 5th gear change to 0.65 (Skipton) & remap of +20 bhp (Stealth) on a 4,000 mile European trip.
Now Toyo Proxes T1R - also quiet.
Changed matt black slatted grill for the glossy black smooth grill.
