Audio jack

Hi everyone, I have read a lot of threads about installing audio jack inputs.
My simple question is
Can I install an audio jack adapter into my Audi stereo that has 6 cd changer built into head unit.
If I can, are their any suggestions for which to buy.

Yes, there are many devices which convert the external CD changer port (not internal) to an AUX port.

I'm guessing you have a symphony II if you have an internal 6 CD changer
