Offside Headlamp Insecure

Hello All,

I have a slight issue with my offside headlamp been insecure, while the car was at WOM Automotive having the Cam Belt changed the guys noticed that my A2 had previously been in a collision which had effected the front offside corner, as a result of the accident the plastic part of the slam panel that holds the corner of the headlamp was sheared off, this had not been repaired and the headlamp had been siliconed into place. As a result the headlamp is now extremely insecure especially if you push the side of the headlamp by the indicator, it has a great deal of movement. I have re-siliconed the headlamp in place across the front of the headlamp against the slam panel as it was before it had its Cam Belt done to try and give it a little more support, however, this is obviously a bodge and not a fix that will last. Any suggestions in what to try moving forward? I have attached some general photos of a A2's slam panel and circled the part that has been sheared off.

Any ideas will be welcome :D
