But there is a BIG difference here, on Audi you have to reach under the dashboard to pull a release handle!

The Smart car also beat them to the 'not opening the engine bay club' you pull off the air intake panel and there's a pull out hose.
I think my 28 year old VW campervan has the washer bottle filler in an interior wardrobe and the oil dipstick is behind the hinged, spring down rear numberplate.
Neither is so innovative and pretty as the A2's service flap but Ford's trumpet blowing for this patent is a tad embarrassing
