Hello guys i know these wont fit without rubbing , but where is the rubbing likey to come from? ie what part of the arch? i am trying to get michellin crossclimate tyres they dont do them in 205/50/16 so 55 is my only option, unless i go for 195 tyres?

Any and all "allyear" tyres are a massive compromise. I've experienced myself just how much squidge the sidewalls add and the decrease in high-speed stability. I would avoid.

Second up: the size is way too big and your speedo will no longer be correct. The reference is 175/60R15, and +-3% is legally doable. 185/60R15 would be my choice for those if you're insisting. I'd still go for real winters any day of the week.
