Please recommend a timing belt kit for a 2003 TDI with AMF engine

I'm really struggling to find the correct kit.
Some sellers state fits both AMF engine and BHC engines - some others state the exact same kit only fits BHC engines....

Can someone who bought timing belt kits before please give me the correct part numbers or even better links.

I'm looking at this Dayco one: KTBWP2964

or Gates - some sellers say KP55569XS-2 is correct, some say KP55569XS-3 is the correct one.

don't want to end up with the wrong kit.

Hi

I bought this Bosch timing belt kit for my A2 1.4 Tdi with an AMF engine but never fitted it. I've now sold the car so no longer need the kit !

I'm willing to sell you it for the same price as the DAYCO kit (plus postage) if you're interested?

Ps - my A2 was a 2003 on a 53 plate too.

id say you need to double check on your engine type as your post suggests youv an AMF .... the only difference in cambelts ive seen is the belt adjuster is different between AMF and BHC ... if you look in your log book and also under your bonnet on the cam belt cover , you may be lucky and still have the label with engine type just to be safe ,, hears a pic of both adjusters

you could try the crew audi thread and ask for the part numbers, but he would need your registration number......
