Stray interior cable under heater control

. Can any one advise what this cable is for? Noticed it hanging beneath the ashtray when fitting an aux and usb socket for my I phone. Thought it might be something to do with heater but couldn’t get the stereo out need some new fitting keys mine are useless. Then thought it might be the ashtray light which doesn’t work. But feeling round the back there is another cable that goes there and is connected?
