Spoiler paint!?

Hi . My old 8 years old black A2 has worn spoiler now and I want to spray paint it, with some silky matte black. Is it made of carbone or glass-fibre??

The rear spoiler is made of glas fibre but this does'nt matter
All other front and rear parts which are black are made from plastic.

so sanding down and filling, primer-ing and then painting with spray cans is fine?
