Question No pins in GoogleMaps

Are others seeing the member pins in GoogleMaps? Also the member list shows grey pins for every member. Or is it just my setup?

Mostly A(T), A or B roads.
Was 62.5 mpg with Pilot Primacy Michelins 185/50/16 18V - then 58 mpg with Pirrelli P6000 Powergy 185/50/16V but they are much more quieter :-)
April 2010: 5th gear change to 0.65 (Skipton) and remap of +20 bhp (Stealth) - now 62 mph on 4,000 mile European trip.
Swapped the ugly ;-) matt black slatted grill for the glossy black smooth grill.

There's an issue with the googlemap software that causes the pins not to render when certain characters appear in some users' details. I'll check it out now.

On another visit they all came back. Just checked again and they are all there. Strange.

Ben, it's happening again.

I notice that the link at the bottom of the page:
"(c)vbgooglemap Member Edition 2007 V3.0.1 StonyArc"

goes to a page that says "StonyArc.com - Back with a vengance soon"

Alternative map?

As a Triumph TR7 owner I have a pin on www.frappr.com/tr7worldwide

It seems much better than google maps. May be worth checking? (just a suggestion - I'm no expert by any means!).

I'll have yet another look. The problem with the plugin is when someone tries to add a link to an image - it knackers up the underlying file-based storage mechanism, preventing the pins from rendering. I'll check out the TR7 one too. Very busy this week - so I'll sort it when I get a spare 10mins at lunch...
