Greatings -- Hopefully the cold weather is behind us and we can start looking forward to summer so lets kick this years socials off with a friendly gathering for good food and giggles. We have been going to Duet cuisine for a good few years now and always gets a big thumbs up.
If you haven't been yet then why not join us for the evening-all are welcome. The duet offers both indian and italian menus that you can if you wish mix and match-good service and nice open layout ensure a good night and a great chance to meet fellow A2 fans.

I will need to confirm the table numbers with them a week before so please add your names to the rsvp along with how many in your booking ie partner/child. Many thanks mike and yvonne
The table is booked for 7pm

If you wish to book a room -- i recommend staying at the fort dunlop building---https://www.travelodge.co.uk/hotels/304/Birmingham-Fort-Dunlop-hotel?WT.tsrc=GHA_Organic&utm_campaign=GHA_Birmingham Fort Dunlop&utm_medium=GHA_Organic&utm_source=google

The end of year one was a great meet. Would love to do a start of year one too, it would also be a great opportunity for Lynette and daughter to meet any of the Scotland contingent :)

Do you know roughly what time? I almost definitely can't make it which is frustrating because I'm working in the centre of Birmingham that day. So close and yet so far!

Cookie monster --you know your always welcome. For those that are interested the hotel has rooms £44 or £50 odd including breakfast Get in fast

Was thinking of attending this as we had a family outing planned for RAF Cosford that afternoon. However, there's no menu info on gluten-free dishes for my coeliac wife and 7pm is a tad late for our little lad.

He would be tucking into the curry though - he likes curry!

Hi mike -- i can enquire for you. Fellow member in the past selects from the gluten free as she is also a coeliac. But time i can't change sorry

I certainly wouldn't want to bring the time forward, but we may be leaving as everyone else is arriving - just a quick hello and catch up. If you could enquire it'd be appreciated - most indian food is naturally wheat free, but barley can creep in through things like malt vinegar.

Funny little fact about malt vinegar -- most chip shops that offer vinegar on chips are in fact not giving you vinegar but offering non brewed condiment. Water based with acetic acid and flavourings and caramel colouring.
