do you have cruise control ? I find the A2 makes my right foot ache if I'm constantly pressing the throttle pedal, my Focus CC doesn't nor does my wife's DS3, so must be the positioning of the A2 throttle pedalToday I just took a few quick pics of the green A2. Still a brilliant little car and surprising how capable it is as highway muncher. It doesn't show its mileage and feels springy as ever.
The only issue I'm experiencing is some neck and back pain on longer journeys, despite the posh leather. It feels I just can't get the seat low enough, but that might just be due to my posture. Anyone else experiencing this?
I don't want to sell it (it drives spot on and that wouldn't make much sense after the recent belt change and tyres), but these pains are getting a bit nerving, especially since I'm mostly using it for long journeys. I'm not listing it anywhere, but should a fellow A2oc'er be interested, you can always drop me a message..
However use of CC means I rarely have to use the throttle pedal for long periods of time
I agree with Steve, the sports seats are more comfortable, adjustable lumber support also helps
There are other seat choices that fir the A2 other than the correct seats, TT Mk1 seat and I believe A3 seats
