Good evening folks ...
Last year I replaced the thermostat housing, flushed out the heater matrix and generally serviced the cooling system as the interior temperature wasn't getting hot.
Just a little experiment I tried earlier today, trying out Mrs B's new cooking thermometer ... it's one of those long pointy probes and ideal for probing in the vents!
Pictures below of my findings ... ambient temperature was 8° on the dashboard readout.
Good news is that the reading on the climate control matches what I can see on the probe ... also ran a scan on HVAC as well and no fault codes showing.
Climate control set at LOW and reading - 1°C
Climate control set at 29°C
Climate control set High and reading 39°C
All appears to be working ... not very scientific but may be of some interest ???
