VCDS not resetting block 32

Hi all, I'm still trying to diagnose the poor performance below 3000rpm on my FSI.
One of the things that improved it was the Pro-Boost ECU but recently it's been getting more sluggish low down.
I've noticed that VCDS no longer resets the second field of block 32.
At the moment it's 'stuck' at 6.3%.
Looking back at previous screen shots that I've taken it appears that prior to the Pro-Boost, it would reset all fields.
I'm using a genuine VCDS that I invested in some years ago so it's not that.
I can't find any results on Google of VCDS not clearing the fuel trims.

Any ideas/suggestions?

Which ECU are you running with right now, which is giving you the block 32 problem?
I wouldn't think VCDS was fully compatible with a ProBoost ECU anyway, since several data blocks will either be missing or not populated etc, including 32 perhaps, if it's not variable/written to with ProBoost?
Will block 32 reset with an OEM ECU?
Mac.

It sounds as if your inlet flaps, hence the 3000 rpm reference, are still active.
Worth observing what the actuator is doing when ignition is off, then on (no start) then start, A dab of white (Tippex, if you are of a certain age). on the stem helps to see movement, and estimate how much, if any.

I've only got the ProBoost ECU.
I did take a screen shot before and after I swapped the ECU and it definitely cleared block 032 on the stock ECU.

The flap actuator opens and closes the flaps when you run output tests via VCDS.

I (we) don't know how the ProBoost ECU interacts with VCDS.
In driving, I thought it disabled the flap actuation, but looks like the flaps are still accessible to VCDS Controller tests.
Maybe your flaps are not where ProBoost thinks they are. I don't know if ProBoost sets the flaps, via the actuator, or assumes they are in the in the down (inlet fully open) position.
What does the actuator do, if anything, when you go through the ign on, no start > start sequence?
Could try a drive with the vacuum to the actuator disconnected, and the tube blanked. You'll know it's not activated then

Mac.
