Poor judgement

So the guy two ranks below me at work bought a used Audi, Another guy, about one rank below, bought a newer Audi..So I go into my boss, explain the details, and believe it justifies a raise. "I've worked here twice as long as them, and rank higher. If they're driving Audi’s, I should be driving a Genesis!" My employment record now says "dismissed for poor judgement." ?

did you hear about the guy who was driving and his phone went off.
“Congratulations, you have just been promoted to supervisor”

A bit later the phone goes again “ you have just been promoted from supervisor to manager”

Later still while still driving, the phone goes again. This time it was to say that he has been promoted to Director. He was so anazed that he lost concentration and crashed.

The police statement concluded that he had “careered off the road”
