Broken fuel injector is my bet. Same thing occurred to me with my FSI. Changed the spark plugs, checked the earth behind the light too. Fault turned out to be my fuel injector and the tip was broken. Guys at WOM automotive helped swap it out.

There's a couple of things you can do to check the cause of the misfire. Check the earth point, it may need cleaning. Bit of a pain to get to as it's behind the passenger front lights but a quick enough job. Second issue to check is if you have a faulty spark plugs or coil pack. Swap the coil...
