Have you considered an ESP 8266-01? As long as your car is within your wifi network, you can read the temperature and control the heater. The link below shows the application for temperature measurement...
Yes, it's mixed with petrol to lubricate the rotor tips and chamber coating. But, as the oil came from the sump, it didn't need such frequent oil changes.
Bearing in mind that most of my driving was 20 miles each way across London at the time, not the best for a rotary/w**kel engine, the first engine lasted about 66,000 miles. The rebuild was going strong at a similar mileage.
Not specifically A2 specialists, but I use Four Circles in Novers Hill. Neil and Steve do the things I can't manage.

Daughters TDI 90 is showing EML light. She's had the fault code read and has been told it needs a new cam position sensor and a full temp sensor. Does anyone know how easy it is to replace these on a TDI 90? Does replacing the cam position sensor involve removing the timing belt?
Many thanks...
Light metallic blue TDI, T3 XXX. You took the slip road off the A370 just after the Jubilee Inn, turned left towards Cambridge Batch and headed into Long Ashton at the mini roundabout at about 12:20 wish today. I was in the red A2 behind, but continued towards Nailsea.
So, what was the cause of the EML light coming on? I have the same problem; reading out the fault codes only ever shows P0300, P0302 or P0304.
It's not the ignition, and when running well it's really good.
It had just had a new engine fitted, under warranty. I bought it with about 24k on the clock and it reached about 100k when I sold it - same engine :).
I've just come across this eBay seller making rear spoilers for my V70. Looks like they can make them for many cars:

and the prices look reasonable.
