Just bought a A2 tdi 90hp in really nice condition on Friday. During the test drive I noticed the gearing seemed to be longer legged than my previous A2 75hp version I owned back in 2003. Is this me or has the gearing or final drive ration been changed on the 90hp version?

Could someone confirm, or point me to a source that describes what is different between the 1.4 TDI 75Hp & 90Hp versions. Is it just extra boost or are there other engine and chassis differences as well. I think the rear brakes are upgraded from drums to discs. Thanks
