1.2 Tdi question - can somebody help here?

I saw this question on The Motley Fool site regarding purchasing a 1.2 A2 in the UK or Belgium. I don't have a definite answer but recommended he visit this forum for an answer (plug, plug) but maybe somebody could help him out with some concrete info?

will post one shortly as I believe there are just 2 in the Uk now that AUDI UK has one for use in the City! maybe that letter i wrote to AUDI DE had some effect afterall!
