Replaced the coil pack and spark plugs and still getting a misfire on cylinder 3 but I took the spark plug out and it’s still like brand new and when a take the other ones out they are black. Any suggestions please and thanks.

From a garage, take it back and get them to sort it. These cars need special treatment. The FSI MUST be run on 99 octane premium fuels..
Off topic but here are the MUST haves for any A2 owner

At least 2 fully working keys and a working drivers door key lock
VCDS to scan for errors using the same codes as Audi software, generic readers of very little use on the A2
A good electrical test meter
Copy of the owners hand book. Contains most of the answers to the common questions.

Here is another check to do. When you turn the ignition on does the EML light come on then go off. If it does not come on take the car back. Not only will it fail a MOT for the light not working but has probably been removed to hide an engine problem.

I bought it privately with the misfire to fix it and got told the timing was out a tooth so I timed it up and sure enough it was so I fixed that but still a misfire on cylinder 3 so I was just wondering if anyone on here knew anything about it I am getting spark on all cylinders and I am getting air but I think I am only getting fuel on cylinder 1,2 and 4.

Again check the fuel used and the EML light. After that plan to spend a few hours going through the many similar posts on here regarding 1.6 fsi misfires. By doing that you may then be able to see what applies in your case and what doesn't. A full VCDS scan will be very helpful.

I often see it that the FSI must be run on "Premium" fuel. Most forecourts describe everyday 95 octane as "Premium", can't see how they justify this, as it's the lowest grade they offer. FSIs must be run on 98 or 99 octane E5 (E5 = 5% alcohol), almost universally described as "Super Unleaded" despite having a hefty "Premium" price!
98/99 octane because it's a high compression engine, 5% alcohol because the engine will be damaged by the 10% alcohol on "Premium E10"
Mac.

Could it be an injection problem??
On cylinder 3 since the spark plug is like brand new and the other 3 aren’t they have carbon on them

Broken fuel injector is my bet.

Same thing occurred to me with my FSI. Changed the spark plugs, checked the earth behind the light too. Fault turned out to be my fuel injector and the tip was broken. Guys at WOM automotive helped swap it out.

Also swapped the coil packs to see if the error followed different cylinders and scanned it but it wasn't the issue.

My money is ion it being a faulty fuel injector. if you are stripping it down to do the injector, i would personally change all four, then send your old ones away to be refurbished...someone else is going to need at least one off you in the future! Or, if it is a second car, send all your original injectors away and re fit them when they come back.
