16" Pepperpots

So I have just come across these on Audi Tradition :D


Now at €80 each for a new brushed ally wheel I am tempted to order a set instead of the 17" TT Competitions I've been looking at.

Does anyone have a picture of these on their car, and does anyone know if the centre caps are still available?

Plus, does anyone know of a middleman that could receive them in Europe, or could I order these from Audi? Audi Tradition is not shipping to the UK at the moment. :(
 
Wow....thats are a real bargain. Good spot and hopefully there will be more than one available. ?

Member Rickmeister, located in Germany, has kindly been the go to man for tradition parts so it may be worth talking to him.

They are 15" pepperpots with OEM part number 8L0601025D. These are the burnished aluminium colour not the avus silver colour.

Here's a picture. I sprayed the centre-caps black. Although mine started off highly polished (chrome-like), they inevitably didn't stay like that! (That was even with protecting the surface with a clear film) They WILL get pitted and corroded. This car is on its way back to me, ironically without those wheels!.

Even though I'd sold my A2 I was still looking in on the A2OC almost every day! I'm very happy with my Dacia Sandero Bi-fuel and it's only (slight) negative is that there's quite a lot of road-noise and it does feel "tinny". I'm really not sure WHAT I'm going to do with my returning A2. If it had been petrol then I would be converting it to LPG! Maybe you've got a petrol engine that I can fit into it! :D Or maybe I could go electric? No, knowing the way that things DO turn out with me, it'll just be stood here for a few Years! Oh, how about that A2OC get-together, now? ;)

They are 15" A3 8L alloys, same spec as the Pepperpots only heavier and with slightly smaller centre caps.

I had some as a winter set on an A2 many years ago and they do look quite good fitted for 15's and suit the A2 well?
