As the title suggests if you have made 200,000 miles and over in your A2 congratulations let everyone know here.
Please add your model and what you think has helped it make it. Do not forget to add a picture too if you can.

Did you know the moon is an average of 238,855 miles away from the earth. I wonder if the spaceframe has something to do with the A2 making it so far :p

TDi SE, 75, 2002 from new.

209,300 so far. Has average around 60 mpg all of it's life.

I'd like to get to the moon mileage or even 250K.

I'm still wondering how much life is left in the clutch!

Will post pics once it's had a wash.

I don't know if mine still counts as I bought it in 2005 with 98k on. It has now done 202,500 miles. As far as I'm aware the first clutch was done in November at 195,000 miles. Cambelt and water pump at 120 and 180k, still on the same exhaust as when I got it but I've changed every wheel bearing, the wheels shocks and springs.
My glove box doesn't open, the flap for my fusebox fell off and I have a hole in my drivers footwell carpet and mat.
I need to do a lot of work for the next MOT, I even considered selling for a couple of days but as I cant afford a 54 plate it looks like we're stuck with each other! The only time it didn't start was when I couldn't drive for three months after having a brain haemorrhage in 2010, a new Bosch battery and it started first time. It doesn't smoke on start up ( regular Italian tune-ups) and the only noise is from my nsf bearing which is on the to-do list. It looks stunning when detailed stops on a sixpence and IMG_1096.jpg gets where gas wouldn't in the dodgy London traffic. I hope to be posting in the 300k plus club soon. Picture taken at Cowleaze Wood in the Chilterns, a lovely place for a walk.
