good morning all,
After having spent the last 5 weeks in hospital with an infected knee I was finally released from hospital. Still with very limited movement and a (un)healthy amount of medication my wife collected me Stereay. Unfortunately the big car, merc GL 450 is suffering from an oil leak and stuck in the garage so I managed to convince my wife that I would fit in the back of Bobalinha (;the car was named by my Daughter). I need to add that I am 1.98 m or 6’6” imperial. My wife insisted on getting a taxi but being Dutch I hate wasting money and i suggested we try the A2 and if it failed we could still call a taxi. Of course me an my crutches and luggage all fitted easily. I fully enjoyed the ride home and managed to get out on my own at the end of it. Now unto the next phase of recover and getting the knee flexible enough to start driving myself or getting 1.2 with CVT?

Good old knee replacements...had mine done 18years ago, scar to prove it...the key to good recovery is good physio pal, keep on top of it and you'll be fine.
Very impressed with bending yourself into the A2, they have always been more than just a car to me!!!!
Good luck with the recovery.

Wow, OSS on a Police car 😲 thought they didn't go in for any optional extras? Mind you it was supplied by a dealer rather than ordered direct.
