ABS light on and kangaroo petrol

Seems my wife has breakdown cover with Nationwide Flexplus account so we'll drag somebody out tomorrow or Monday if the battery charging doesn't work. Thanks for all the help on here.

Took the original MAP sensor off again, cleaned it up as well as the connector with WD40, let it dry out, put it back => No ABS message/problem now. Breakdown guy's OBD scanner read dtc P107 but nothing re ABS so thought it must be leccy probs.
Still have the P0106, 0107 and 0113 fault codes but, apart from engine conking out 3 times in first mile or so seem to be running OK now. Might just have been ECU relearning after battery was out for a decent charge - fingers crossed anyway.

The throttle body can go out of sync when the battery is flat. This could be the kangaroo effect. A throttle body alignment done in VCDS would at least be a sensible thing to have done.

Hi, thanks for that, will bear it in mind if I ever manage to get VCDS to work. The engine's running as sweet as a nut now, long may it last.
