AC compressor ordering cc question

I'm looking for new compressor, but searching by code 8Z0260805A i get confused by oil quantity / working volume...
Results show compressors with different numbers, some have same oil capacity and working volume, some have different, and many specify only one of those numbers.

My compressor has 180cm3 written on it and 6SEU12C. A2 1.2 TDI.
I'd get DENSO 180 (DCP02007) but it's listed as special order and waiting for reply if they can order one.

But lower oil quantity or working volume one was readily available and cheaper for next day delivery. It had different denso part no.

Have i confused myself with looking at numbers or is there some differences when getting new one?
My initial thought was that 1.2 has larger cm3 one due to lower RPM or that larger cm3 is more efficient, but i'm probably overthinking it...

Any ideas?

All A2s have the same compressor; that fitted to a 1.2Tdi is the same as fitted to every other A2. Whatever you do, do not buy a replacement with a magnetic clutch. A2 compressors work by proportional control. Magnetic clutch compressors simply switch on and off as required.

If you buy a new compressor, it will come ready filled with the correct quantity of oil.
This begs another question. Make sure that you use the correct type of oil. A good auto A/C service company will know this anyway. Some useful tips here:

Note also that if the system has not been flushed, any new compressor should contain the same volume of oil as the old compressor!

Well i did some reading in ELSA etc about oil quantity and maybe even understood some of it, but by part no. there seems to be multiple choices and most have smaller oil quantity than 180. As far as i understand now, i need the correct compressor and if i'd flushed my system, then 180ml would be just plug&play.
But since my system is filled atm, then after vacuuming i need to measure oil in dryer and compressor. Then refill new ones with same quantity. Does not matter what oil capacity there was when buying.
My old compressor has a position where it spins a little harder, after tightening "clutch" the climate was working while engine shuddered until the rubber "clutch" started slipping again (little bit of magic smoke/smell was also produced).

But i still don't understand why some have different cm3 (working volume) listed.
It might be that sellers list compressors that does not actually match the car, but that would be unheard of....

Whatever the case, ill try to get DCP02007, since that has A2 listed on websites etc. But if other compressors with same audi part nr are otherwise identical, i'd get some that has less oil, since some of it will be left over anyway.

Note that the 180ml is the total amount of oil in the system, not the compressor, according to Elsawin. Take note of the Denso article. It is assumed that 50% of the oil in the system is in the compressor, so you should get 90ml out of the old compressor. If that's the case and the new compressor contains 180ml, put 90ml only back into the new compressor. Better still, get a professional to fill the system; you'll then have some comeback if he gets it wrong!
