Yes, in my experience A/C leaks are rarely down to seals. If there is a leak it's usually (but not always) the condenser.Rab, the bolt is below the pipe.
@treeroy My car had a leak at the same position. Replaced upper condenser seal (no.4) as well, no change, had to replace the condenser.
Try checking if paint on the condenser upper end is chipping, that was an additional sign that my condenser is decaying.
