@treeroy My car had a leak at the same position. Replaced upper condenser seal (no.4) as well, no change, had to replace the condenser.
Try checking if paint on the condenser upper end is chipping, that was an additional sign that my condenser is decaying.

Yes, in my experience A/C leaks are rarely down to seals. If there is a leak it's usually (but not always) the condenser.

It's the one circled in the picture on the previous page in this thread. And yeah the fixing is a T45 bolt below the pipe.

As you say there must be damage to the condenser. And f*k paying best part of £100 for a new one. Think I'll just keep my windows open :)
 
@treeroy I had this issue last year and mange to fully resolve via use of AC sealer from Halfords, followed by a top up. Touch wood its worked a treat ever since ;)
