Your A2 photos say you are looking for chrome wing mirrors. This topic has been discussed in the german A2 club forum.
They say that the good news is that it can be done, and the bad news is that it is expensive.
One company (www.wittauer.de) buys mirrors from Audi and then gets them chromed by a supplier. Just think what that would cost. Another person suggested http://www.peter-stuecker.de and it looks like he does the same, but there are no exact details on this site either.

You could keep an eye out on german ebay (http://www.ebay.de) for your mirrors. Chrom Spiegelkappen is what youre looking for (german for chrome mirror caps.)
