Audi A2 from Poland, 1.4 TDI, 90 PS, codename ATL.

I suspect a majority of members will be jealous of you having a girlfriend who's happy to assist with modifying your car! :D

(My girlfriend is more than happy for me to modify my own car - and she even manages to muster some enthusiasm for the changes I make - but I'm under strict instruction to keep away from hers!)

Contrary to what it may seem, find a good girl is a very hard. Family houses are about 120 km from each other (it's about 80 miles) but today we work and live in one city (Cracow, one of the biggest city in Poland).

Back to the topic of the car I have also some ideas what do in car, e.g.: remap to 110hp, change back seats to leather seats, add heather seats installation, change suspension to new, change bumpers and more and more ;-)

New items:

Sports pedals :) Audi A2 also know that Christmas.

Just to add to the others comments; a great thread this and fascinating to watch the cars transformation.

It reminds me of my former A2 which was a base model when I started modding, but you are doing much more of the work yourself and will likely undertake a bigger job, so well done to you Sir. Great to see that your Fiancee is an A2 enthusiast too.

Thanks for Your post :)

Dash with FIS soon!

I must only change a encoding indicator fuel (from small fuel tank to large) and pin in dash to pin like is in my car. Today I read a empron data from new dash. It does not look tough.

It has been said before; an A2 owner and a girlfriend into (and good at) modifying cars - you are one lucky dude. :D

It is great that we have people trying lots of different ways of personalising their cars.

I didn't think that gloss black would look right, I was wrong. Now I have seen it done it certainly looks like it will suit the A2 of certain colours.

Great!!

Thanks!

In my mind I have many ideas what to change in car. But not allways I have free time to realize it :/
Next modification will be a dash with DIS (FIS). I recoded a new dash and saved in dash new software. Only what I need it is a free one evening to install it in car and connected to car instalation.

You're doing a fantastic job with your car. Way more knowledge than I think I will ever have in terms of modifying it myself! Love the LED air vent.

And I read you're living in Cracow? I was at a wedding in Niepolomice castle of the kings last year and it was an amazing experience. Scot marrying a Polish girl, loads of food and drink (stuck to the vodka though - mix at your peril). The people were all so friendly. Took the Mat Bus from the place we were staying at in Krakow (something like 50p for one hour journey!). Always remember one of the passengers passed out half way through and spilled his can of lager all over the bus floor.

First time visiting Poland too, but I'll be back. Krakow is amazing, and found out it used to be the capital city during the Middle Ages - beautiful architecture.

I also spent way too much time consuming vodka in a bar called Pijalnia. Finishing drinking at 2am with a 6am flight is no picnic!

Something cut, something paint. I think it will be look good in A2.

@DarkHorse

I know where they are Niepołomice :)
I think, you saw how looks polish hospitality. In Polish we say "guest in house, god in house", it's mean every guest is like god. We like to have fun, laugh and dance (and eat and drink a lot :) ). I understand that many English people looking at the Poles by persons who left for England, but these people are not some wonderful examples... Many of my friends went to England and they are people who do not want to learn and work hard (for example, I finished two universities and working as a programmer in an American company in Cracow).

But back to Cracow.
Cracow many years ago was a city where polish kings lived. We have a Wawel, old kings castle. A huge market (the biggest market in middle age Europe).

That navigation is definitely going to look good installed!

Polish hospitality was amazing. Great people, great company.

Regarding the Polish people I know, many of them have returned to Poland now to get married and be close to family.

Finally, Cracow is definitely a beautiful city to visit, and I'm sure to live too. The main square was amazing to walk into at night, shame we missed the market!
