In the year 2004 around May i took my A2 for its second service. my car was just over 1 year and a half.
The car was not cleaned, they charged £400 of my hard earned cash and guess what???
When i got the car back the pollen filter was not changed, the floor pan that protects the lower part of my car was missing.
When i complained the first thing they did was deny it. 3 weeks later they found it but refused to clean up my engine bay.

thats really bad.

you wouldnt expect it from someone like audi,and blatantly lying as well.
try contacting audi uk and let them know how you were treated.
 
How did you notice that the pollen filter hadn't been changed? I dont think I would have thought to look... I presume that they had charged for it?

there is still a nasty smell when ever i put the fan or heater on

We had our first variable service done by Listers Audi of Worcester in Nov.2005 at a cost of £309 which was their quoted menu servicing
For that they collected and delivered the car from a 12 miles away workplace. The cost included the bi annual brake fluid change and the car was returned fully valeted both inside and out. In addition a complimentary
bottle of screenwash was left in the boot and some chocolates in the cabin.
We even had a follow up courtesy call to make sure we were satisfied with the service provided. Thoughroughly recommended.

i get all my warranty work and servicing done by Sidlow Audi (gatwick). They are very good, even tho my second variable service inc brake fluid change cost me £523!!! Every time i take it in, the car is cleaned inside and out and that inc's the the two times i've had my stereo replaced due to cd's jumping.

Very impressed with them even tho i was charged £62 to change the nearside headlight bulb!!!:( .

Docklands audi sounds very bad!!

That's not usually caused by the pollen filter - it's usually stuff growing in the aircon unit. There have been several discussions about this recently - with some people recommending proprietary sprays and things to kill the bacteria / fungus in the condensor
