I've just loaded my car up with the bits people have asked for, it was supposed to be just social no business but that's gone out the window :)

So if anyone else needs anything I've still got some space, so speak now or forever hold your peace

Many apologies all, but I need to take a raincheck on the ADI show this Saturday, as I don't think the weather will be suitable for my children to attend. Personally I don't mind getting a little wet, but Storm Calum will definitely put the dampers on it for them, as I'll struggle to keep them dry and entertained. It's a real shame as they were looking forward to a spin around the circuit. Here's hoping for better weather next year and we look forward to attending many more fantastically organised A2OC events in 2019. Have a great show and stay as dry as you can!

I will still be attending but car will get a bit dirty on the drive down the m4

Like @A2Steve said, it can't be as wet as the last Wales social! I'm still going to wash mine this morning once it stops raining but I'm off the hook for major detailing I think ;) (OK, I mean polishing it, which I've only done once, for the Kimbolton meet back in July).

Well Jelly will be in "normal working condition" thanks to the rain. Needs vacuuming out but not in this rain.

Don’t panic about a dirty car - one year I took the convoy of cars down a single track road that only farm vehicles have used resulting in the cars looking like they had just done a rally stage.

Just so it’s easy to see here is the meeting info.

Those driving to castle combe I hope you have a good trip and I will meet you at the car park in DUNNS LANE --SN14 7HU at 8.35. For those that are at the Hilton or Premier inn we will leave at 8.00 to join the others at the car park so I can hand out the passes. As regulars will know i have a lousy reputation for getting us to the circuit and the meeting point without going on a mucky mystery tour--so I'm hoping that Chris will help out and take the lead from the hotel as per last year.
Cheers mike
WE NEED TO BE ON TIME AS WE WILL BE LEAVING THERE AT 8.55AM (If you cant get there for that time please pm me for my number and i can meet you at the gate to issue you with your pass.)

Hi Mike
The postcode is pointing to The Old Rectory Tea room, is this correct?
I need to leave by 5am, so I want to be sure.
Thanks

I use SN14 7HQ. That takes you to the entrance of a little cul-de-sac of houses, go past there and Dunns lane carpark is the next right. It also means you don't have to go down a muddy road :)

I'll be bringing a few boxes of bits along to ADi, a few freebies and few more expensive items.

I was going to bring the 18" ProjektZwo alloys with me, but given the weather I don't think I can be bothered unless anybody is particularly interested in these.

I've been given a pass to the VIP car park, but will probably try to manoeuvre myself to be on the club stand, although I'm not 100% certain what time I will be getting there.

Mike, I'm generally pretty useless as a club member.
Post when I have a problem and then disappear
Anyway, to further reinforce this description I had no idea about the Castle Coombe meeting tomorrow - and I live about 20 mins away!
I plan to get there if I can for a very brief visit around midday No need for a pass as I'll get a ticket at the gate

Do you know of any member who could use a set of 4 x 6 spoke 17s in v. good nick with decent rubber all round.
I plan on bringing them if I can fit with the seats down
Also a near side headlamp unit. Also pretty good nick
f.o.c. for a good home
