ive thought a long time about making my own rs2, would a 3.2 tt engine in the little a2 i wont be doing it due to lack of money lol but would be great for some one els to do / rs4 seast rs2 badge 3.2 engine probably just a fantacy but would be amazing
 
Not sure that it is impossible - I seem to remember Robin telling me that the V6 will fit, but there is little point as the power will just turn the front tyres to smoke!

Blimey! Having had a V6, I just can't comprehend that unit fitting into the A2 engine compartment, and I was under the impression from learned friends advice that other VAG interiors wont fit as a result of the A2's floor pan?

Youre right Mike - I think there would be some serious traction issues!
 
maybe add qautro or rear wheel drive fastest a2 ever! should beat tt's and r32's as the a2 is so light
 
Not withstanding that the RS2 was a 5cyl turbo 320bhp quattro estate jointly developed by Porsche and Audi in the 90s ;)
 
I drove an S2, with a heavy dose of RS2 upgrades, for many many years. I still feel sad when I think about when I sold the car, wonderful wonderful machine.
