I will be there but sadly hosting my own stand so unable to join this great clubs stand (as I will also only be able to drive one car at a time!

Look forward to meeting members there though! :)

So, if we come along (hopefully only have one A2 by then) do we get to park on the A2OC stand? Sorry for the newbie question, just trying to get this right in my head. If Adams car sells we should be able to bring my daughters car and show off the interior (similar to Adams)
Thanks
Ian

Last time we had arrivals on the club stand after general access opened, and the normal policy appears to be to allow this - you just have to know which zone the Club stand is in. However the website FAQ states that on-the-gate admissions (including unticketed passengers where drivers have tickets) may have to be stopped for COVID reasons.

We do normally have space, but it can depend on how many pre booked tickets they have as they allocate club space based on how many people in that club has prebooked.
It is more expensive on the gate ad today is the last day for advance tickets tomorrow, but its a big site so I'm sure we will fit you in somewhere if you aren't yet sure if you can come along

OMG! I'm travelling from West Wales! I will be gutted if we get held up and they won't let me in.

Just another reminder that tomorrow is the last date for ordering advance tickets at the lower price of £15 pp, rather than £20 on the gate - just go to the AITP website (link in the first post) to order and select A2OC when you get to the bit that asks you which club.
Nearer the time, I'll post details of the meet up time to convoy in and my contact details for any queries.

I always bring cupcakes for us all at this show ?

If you're sure you can come, booking an advance ticket, will guarantee you. If you can't though, I think the risk of not getting in is very low as all restrictions will be removed by then. It is a huge site.
A2OC have been going since the start, so I'm sure we will be able to get folk in ?

If your travelling on the day and don't want to risk getting caught in traffic then I'd say leave an extra 1 hour early, if you arrive early then you are at least there, plus you can meet us all at the start of the convoy and roll in with the rest of us?

I have booked 2 drivers and 2 passengers and selected A2OC, that way if Adams car has not sold, we can bring that as well as my daughters A2.

I'm guessing if we just bring one car that a drivers ticket still gains entry when being a passenger?

Ian

I don't remember there being any difference between any of the tickets last time, it's just a ticket so all four of you should get in. Looking forward to finally meeting you Ian ?

Thanks, that's a good point. The only thing I would say is that only people with pre booked c,ub tickets can access the site early

Yes, it will work of you bring 2 cars or 1. Look forward to seeing you there ?

I‘m now a provisional yes T, it will just be me, no Di or kids. I’d also be travelling up in the morning if it goes to plan.

Car will either be reassembled or van-like in’t boot. ?
Will be fab to see you if you can make it ?

For anyone who hasn't bought an advance ticket, when it gets to general admission time you need to go in the queue for the GREEN zone.
