BBY Am I missing a cover?

Just having a look underneath, and there seems to be fixing points for cover which is not there.
Should there be one and can you help with a part number please.

A bit more and I suspect it is 8Z0 825216.

Yes mines missing too. I am waiting for one to come in from A2Steve.

Missing on both of ours, I thought the petrol models did without them?

I'm not sure if they did come with the shield but I would like to fit one to prevent a chance of road debris damaging the filter or fuel lines.

Same here on an AUA, fixed studs poking down off the floor and an exposed fuel filter.

Just ordered a new one from Audi. Will report when fitted. Delivered tomorrow.
A bit more research shows the code for the part number T0U and T4A decode as 1.4 and 1.2 diesel. So not factory fit for petrol versions.

Good news and thanks for reporting back. If it's not for petrol A2's why for diesel I wonder. Also not having a diesel is there a filter there or other delicate fittings. I thought the diesel filter was in the engine bay.

As I had ordered it it seems churlish not to fit it! Strange that this one has all the fixing points but my other 1.4 petrol does not
